Executive Team

Joanna Bowie-Pruitt

CEO and Owner

Her focus is on the firm’s strategic growth, enhancing its strategic operating model and further developing the firm’s brand in the Colorado Springs community.

 

Joanna has over 15 years of investment and human resource experience as a senior executive at Bankers Trust Company and Fidelity Investments. Also, Joanna has strategically led the families real estate portfolio and family foundation in Ohio and Colorado for the last 20 years.

 

Joanna is a graduate of Fisk University, majoring in Economics and Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH with a Masters of Education in Executive Human Resource Development. She is a charter member and Chapter President of the Greater Pikes Peak Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Also, she is an active contributor and supporter of the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and St Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

Jacob V. Pruitt

President and Owner

His focus is on the firm’s strategic direction, enhancing value for the firm’s real estate holdings and further development of the firm’s brand in the Colorado Springs community.


Jacob has over 25 years of investment experience as a senior executive at several global asset management firms. Also, Jacob has strategically led the families real estate portfolio in Ohio and Colorado for the last 20 years.


Jacob is a graduate of Tennessee State University, Stanford University Business School Executive Management Program and Harvard Business School—Public Education Leadership Institute. He is the Past Chairman of the Board for the Colorado Springs Chamber of Commerce & EDC, Chair of the Economic Development Advisor Council, Director for the University of Colorado Foundation and an Honorary Commander for the US Air Force Academy.
